Following the development of the UK Concordat on Public Engagement with Nuclear Energy, NNL was commissioned by the NUGENIA Association to lead a project which assessed the applicability of the UK Concordat in various European contexts. Through interactions with various stakeholders in Finland, France and Germany, a ‘Nuclear Public Engagement Toolkit’ for use across Europe was developed. The toolkit can be accessed via this link.
The toolkit is designed to be used by any nuclear nation or organisation when developing their public engagement strategy. It draws from a wealth of experience and learning from several of Europe’s leading nuclear nations.
